I'm not usually a big fan of hongsi, but it was my first time to try hongsi bingsu, hongsi glutinous rice cake, and tart, and my girlfriend and I enjoyed it. I ate the tart so deliciously, so I asked for a package, but as I was going far, I put dry ice in an ice pack and it arrived well without melting until I got home.

Bingsu is really delicious!! The red shii was frozen, so I had to thaw it slowly, but it looked pretty and tasted good!!
갱	갱브로 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전주에서 카페를 갈려고 여러군데를 찾아봤는데 아무래도 서울에도 있는 일반적인 카페보다는 좀더 한옥스러운 느낌을 찾다보니 홍시궁을 오게되었어요!! 이름도 옛스럽고 재료도 홍시라서 느낌이 상당히 있네요!! 홍시로 만드는 여러 디저트와 음료들이 있는데 그중에서 홍시빙수를 시켰는데…! 처음엔 살짝당황했어요!! 홍시가 너무 꽝꽝 얼려나온 비쥬얼이라서 이빨이 다 부셔질것 같았거든요ㅜㅠ 하지만 다행이도 얼음과 달리 몇분있으니깐 금방 말랑해져서 먹긴했는데 뭐랄까 일반 빙수보다 퍽퍽한느낌? 메마른느낌이 조금 있긴해서 제 스타일은 아니였던거 같아요 ㅜㅜ 홍시라고해서 되게 부드러운 말랑홍시를 기대해서 실망이 쪼금 있었던것 같아요..!! But fortunately, unlike ice, after a few minutes, it became soft and ate it, but somehow it felt more dry than regular shaved ice? There was a little dry feeling, so I guess it wasn't my style ㅜㅜ I think I was a little disappointed because I was expecting a very soft, soft red cigar..!!
