H	HappyPeach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 최악이에요. 주문하려고 포스기앞에 서있는데 아무도 안와서 불렀더니 아무말없이 서있네요. 주문했더니 영수증 안주네요. 주문한거 받으려고 픽업테이블가서 받고 혹시 영수증은 안주시나요 하니 그걸왜 자기한테물어 보냐고 계산대가서 달라고해라네요. 어이가없다고하면서..ㅋ 주변에 절대 이용하지마라고 강조하고 다닙니다. It's the worst here. I was standing in front of the POS machine to order it. Standing silently. I ordered and received a receipt. I am going to pick up the pickup table to receive my order and if I have a receipt, why do not you ask me why you want me to go to the checkout counter. I do not have any words .. Y	Young Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 국제여객터미널 안에 있는 유일한 카페. 다른 카페가 제발 있었으면 할만큼 안타까운 스텝들의 서비스. 내국인 뿐만 아니라 외국인들도 많이 오는 곳이라면 제발 서비스 교육 좀 하세요. 일 때문에 몇번 가봤는데...정말 그때마다 스텝들 행동에 얼굴이 뜨거울 지경입니다. 어른신 분들 주문할려고 포스앞에 서 있어도 자기들 잡담하고 사과 한마디 없이 끝까지 웃고 떠들다가 오지를 않나. 바닥에 액체 쏟아져 있는 걸 보더니 밀대를 가져와서 치우는것도 아니고, 걸레 바닥에 던져서 발로 질질끌면서 닦네요... 다른 매장들의 브랜드 이미지도 이곳 때문에 최악으로 만들지 않나 싶습니다. The only cafe in the International Passenger Terminal. Service of staff who are sorry to want other cafe. If you are coming from a lot of foreigners as well as Koreans, please do some service training. I've been to work a couple of times ... so every time my staff's actions are hot. Even if they're standing in front of the Force to order for adults, they don't come and talk with them. I saw some liquid on the floor I don't bring the sticks to clean them up, but I throw them on the floor of the mop and wipe them with my feet. I would like to make the brand image of other stores the worst.

I asked for some extra milk for my coffee and they insisted they didn't have a product like that at their store... then I asked for cream instead and again said they don't offer such product until I pointed it out on their menu board. They have to be more aware that there are many visitors from many different places. If this is the image they want to give to foreigners about Korea they have to think twice about their location and service.
