★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in 21st century, the quality of cacao beans and skill of manufacturer decide how good the chocolate is.
Unknown blended beans, i think no better than Callebaut, and this gelato is just so-so as well. Texture is not bad and taste of banana is normal in Seoul, but chocolate taste is bad.
Aficionados should evade. hint of cheap sugars and additive to make sweet flavours.
