Best Resort hotel in korea

S	Sarah Hawke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the money you pay, this resort is not worth it. The front desk staff was rude and not helpful, the man acted very annoyed at the few questions I asked. This hotel is huge and had space and yet they put us at the furthest end with zero view. I didnt expect a beach view by any means but just a view of the back mountains, no go. The facility charges 50 bucks for their pool facilities which is outrageous. The food is sub par for the morning buffet. And really there is no where to enjoy or even see any views of the coast or the mountains...no lobby area, no decks, no place to walk but down the street to the public beach. This resort sits on a beach but they have blocked all the access to it, which is beyond any logic or reason. We will never come back and I will be telling all the foreigners on the Korean travel websites to never come here. This hotel needs to teach their front desk employees about customer service, open up their beach access and improve their food choices, and make a discount for their pool for foreigners. I'm not paying 250 bucks for my family to swim in small pools. But they will do none of these things because they get enough business from local Koreans who frequent here and have their special bank cards to get the discounts. Also their towels are tiny...so you better grab some from the cleaning carts or bring your own. Go stay at the new hotel built by Gosapo Beach, or stay at Bada Hotel.
J	Jordan Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here 9 years ago with my wife. And just went again, but with our 3 boys. Pretty sad and disappointed. All because of Covid. The water park was closed. Most restaurants closed. But the beach was open. And the boys loved it. Not croweded at all. Everyone wears a mask. Not a lot of good eats around because of Covid. So we went to the seafood market. And since it was our first vacation or trip of the year. I bought lobster. Boys never had lobster either. So i negotiated between 2 "shops". And we ended up with a 4.4 kg lobster for 160.000￦ plus a kg of shrimps for another 20.000￦. It was great. Kids at til there stomachs bursted. Was hungry around midnight. No room service, no restaurants, no marts open in the hotel/resort. Next morning. Went fishing north west of the hotel. Not bad but too pricey for so little experience.
L	Li Yang Nheu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by the exterior of this hotel/resort. Looks nice on the outside but the room we got was unacceptable for anyone staying here with young family. 1. Sound insulation bad, we can hear kids above us running around 2. Faulty sliding door 3. Shower door does not close properly 4. Fishy smell kitchen sink 5. Musky smell in bathroom Never again.

There were no toothpaste 3. No hair brush 4. No shaving tools 5. No face products like cleanser or lotion 6. No sockets near bed 7. No cold water or drinks in the fridge 8. No tea or coffee I've been to another hotel in Seoul, where prices were twice(!) lower and they provided much better service than here Advantage is that there was an air conditioner and the room was quiet
