★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 별내 고기집 중에서 제일 맛있었다. 딴 동네 친구들이 오면 맛집으로 소개해줄만한집 직원들이 고기를 딱 맛있는 굽기로 구워줘서 맛나게 먹을수있다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 별내 먹자골목 안에 위치한 제주 돼지고기 구이 전문점.
수급이 어려워 흑돼지는 구입치 못해 대신 등급 좋은 제주산 일반 돼지고기를 사용한다고 한다.
두툼한 돼지고기를 직접 구워주워 편하게 식사할 수있으며 모듬 근고기를 시키면 삼겹살, 목살, 갈매기살 이렇게 3종의 부위를 같이 맛 볼수 있다.
구워진 고기는 맨처음에 소금을 찍어 먹는 것을 추천하며 이후로는 멜젓이나 와사비 또는 다른 세종류의 젓갈에 취향에 맞게 선택하여 같이 먹으면 된다.
제주산 돼지다 보니 역시 개인적으로 소금과 멜젓이 가장 잘 어울리며 맛있다.
친절한 서비스가 마음에 들고 가격도 합리적인 편...
하지만 제주에 있는 늘봄흑돼지, 돈사돈, 칠돈가 또는 흑돈가 같은 유명 전문점에는 많이 못미치는 것 같다.

However, it seems to fall short of famous specialty stores such as Black Spring Pig, Donsadon, Childon or Blackdon in Jeju.

갑자기 투툼한 삼겹살이 땡긴다고...
구수한 된장찌개를 필두로 생와사비&세가지 젓갈이 놓여지고, 명이나물도 차분하게 자리잡는다.
잠시후 두툼한 삼겹살은 불판에 터를 잡는다.
우리는 그 삼겹살의 포로가 되었다는...^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신선한 고기, 직원이 직접 구워주어서 편리한 점도 있어요. 신기한건 평소에 먹지않는 돼지껍데기도 여기서는 맛있게 먹어요. 강추합니다.
