고기 & 서비스 좋고 가격 비싸다.
가성비는 역시 '별들의 고향'이다.
미국산 갈비도 덜덜 떨면서 주문~
300g 35,000원
고기맛은 '본수원갈비'정도 일거 같다.
본수원갈비는 인당 1인분(450g 46,000)먹으면 배부른데, 여긴 2인분을 먹게된다.
갈비이다보니 뼈가 차지하는 무게가 큰 만큼 역시 큰놈이 먹을게 많다.
육회는 너무 달다. 아무도 안먹는다.
자매집은 이거 반 값에 맛나다.
된장찌개는 너무너무 맛있다~~♡
기존 된장찌개 최고였던 본수원갈비보다 더 맛나다.
비싼고로 재방문은 안할듯하다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 미국산 소생갈비 메뉴가 없어져서 아쉽긴 하지만 한우암소생갈비는 참 맛있네요. 육질과 식감이 미국산은 물론 거세한우와도 다릅니다. 가격은 좀 세네요.
It's a pity that the American beef ribs menu is gone, but the Korean beef ribs are delicious. The meat quality and texture are different from that of American beef as well as castrated Korean beef. The price is a bit high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 점심식사로 냉면+숯불고기 1만원 메뉴를 먹었습니다. 비빔냉면과 숯불고기 둘다 달아도 너무너무너무너무 답니다. 입이 끈적끈적할 정도에요. 배고파서 미팅 중간에 급하게 한끼 때우려고 간거라 억지로 다먹었어요. 그리고 고기는 이미지와는 다르게 양이 너무너무너무너무 적어요. 사진보시면 고기양이 나옵니다. 여자손바닥만큼 줘요. 그리고 삼겹살(베이컨)부위 같던데 세상에 비계가 반이에요. 과장 아니고 정말 40%가 비계라 떼어내고 먹었습니다. 곁들여 나온 양상추 샐러드는 드레싱이 맛이 가기 시작했더군요. 한번 먹고 다신 안가면 되지 싶어서 별말없이 나오려다가 사장님이 너무 친절하셔서...계산할때 맛있게 드셨냐고 물어봐주시는데, 안타까운 마음에 계산할때 말씀은 드리고 나왔습니다. 저도 요식서비스업 종사자인데 참안타깝네요. 드레싱은 주방에서 요거트가 들어가서 그렇게 느낀것 같다고 하셨는데..아니에요 사장님.. 제가 상한것과 발효된 그런것도 구분 못할까요ㅜㅜ 사장님이 친절하셔서 별하나 더드립니다;;
For lunch, I ate cold noodles + charcoal grilled meat 10,000 won. Both the bibim naengmyeon and the charcoal grilled meat are too sweet. It's like your mouth is sticky. I was hungry and went to grab a quick bite to eat in the middle of a meeting, so I forcibly ate it all. And unlike the image, the amount of meat is very, very, very small. If you look at the picture, you can see the meat. Give me as much as a woman's palm. And it looks like pork belly (bacon), but half the fat in the world. It's not an exaggeration, it's really 40% of the fat, so I took it off and ate it. The lettuce salad that came with it was starting to taste good with the dressing. I tried to go out without saying anything because I wanted to eat once and never go again, but the boss was so kind... When I checked out, he asked me if I enjoyed the meal. I'm also in the catering service industry, so it's a pity. You said that the dressing felt that way because yogurt came from the kitchen.. No, sir.. I can't tell the difference between spoiled and fermented stuff ㅜㅜ The owner is kind, so I'll give you one more star;

광교 아브뉴프랑 2층에 있습니다.
돼지갈비 먹었는데 달지 않고 적당했습니다.
전체 분위기가 좀 고급스러운 프랜차이즈 느낌이기는 한데 그렇다고 특별한 날 찾아가서 먹을 정도로 고급진 느낌은 아니네요. 자작나무, 천지연 느낌 정도? ㅎ
미경한우? 무슨 맛인지 모르겠지만 그거 아니면 재방문 필요는 모르겠습니더~

It is located on the 2nd floor of Gwanggyo Avenue.
I had the pork ribs and it was just right, not too sweet.
The overall atmosphere is a bit of a luxury franchise, but it doesn't feel luxurious enough to eat on a special day. Birch, how about Cheonjiyeon? home
Raw Korean beef? I don't know what it tastes like, but I don't know if I need to visit again.
