★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 먹어 본 양곱창 중 젤 맛났던 곳. 남포동에 유명하다는 양곱창집을 갔었지만 정작 진짜 맛은 김해에 있는 부산양곱창집에서 찾음ㅎㅎ 단 시설은 그리 깔끔하지 않아요~
Among the Yang Gopchang I've eaten, it's a good place. I went to the famous Yanggopchang restaurant in Nampo-dong, but the real taste was found at the Busan Yanggopchang restaurant in Gimhae. The facilities are not very clean~

お店の入り口奥まってるので目立ちませんが、他の方の写真を頼りにたどり着けました（笑）
入り口の扉は向かって右側を開けてください。
左側重くて、開けると女将さんに『アチャ』な感じな顔をされて笑われます。
食事】
至ってシンプルなホルモン焼きとちりとり鍋（丸型鍋）です。
コースなのか35000ウォンと張り紙があります。
ホルモンは、タレがニンニク薄口醤油や味噌などあり、ある程度の下味もついてるので変化させながら食べるのもありです。
途中、見兼ねた亭主が焼き方レクチャー、食べ方レクチャーをしてくれます。
雰囲気】
ある程度満席になる為、早めの時間をおすすめします。
ガヤガヤ感もなく、普通に会話が出来て、韓国を楽しめます。
MENUがないので何があるかわかりませんが、サイドメニューは言えば出てくる感じでした（笑）
ドリンクも焼酎とビール他何かありそうですが、わかりません。
また近くまで寄ったら立ち寄りたいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 김해 부산양곱창은 감히 대한민국에서 제일 맛있는 양곱창 집입니다 한접시 단위로 나오는데 양도 많고 가격도 저렴합니다 특양의 식감은 아삭아삭 부드럽고 대창은 다른집에 먹어보면 기름 덕지덕지 붙어있고 몇개먹으면 물리는데 부산양곱창은 맛있는 기름만 남겨놓아 고소하고 쫠깃쫠깃합니다 맛 뿐만아니라 오래된 노포의 분위기가 그대로 남아있으며 세월이 흘렀지만 사장님 내외가 관리를 잘하여 기름때 없이 깔끔합니다! 친절한것은 물론 양곱창 굽는동안 옆에서 설명도해주시고 좋은 말씀도 해주시고
저녁에 소주한잔 정말 기분 좋게 먹고 갑니다!!!
