★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 깔끔한 비빔냉면. 처음 나오는 냉면양념은 바탕이 좋은맛이라 식초와 겨자를 취향껏 추가해 먹으면 맛이 좋음. 다만 냉면양념이 넉넉해서 그대로 먹을경우 짜다고 느낄수 있음. 육수 한대접이 추가적으로 나오는데 생강맛이 진한 시원한 국물 맛임.
Neat bibim naengmyeon. The first naengmyeon seasoning has a good base, so add vinegar and mustard to your liking and it tastes good. However, there is plenty of naengmyeon sauce, so if you eat it as it is, you can feel it salty. An additional bowl of broth is served, and it tastes like a cool soup with a rich ginger flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서산에 놀러갔다가 ㅋ 맛집이라고 해서 가봤네요.서산이 생강이 유명한줄 오늘 알았네요. 한적한 마을 안쪽에 위치해있고
only 냉면만 파네요 ㅎ
물냉 비냉~ 음식 나왔는데 일반 냉면이랑 비슷합니다. 맛은 굉장히 깔끔하고 심심할수도 있지만 국물을 먹어보니 생강육수 맛이 납니다. 일반 고기나 동치미 육수는 아니고 생강가루가 보여요 ㅎ 맛도 강하지는 않고 난생 처음으로 먹어본맛이네요. 굉장히 깔끔하고 건강한 음식인듯~화려하진 않지만 본연의 기본을 지키는 음식점 같아요~!

I went to Seosan and went there because it was a restaurant. I thought Seosan is famous for ginger today. It's located inside a quiet town
only sells naengmyeon
Water-cooled, non-cold~ Food came out, but it's similar to regular naengmyeon. The taste is very clean and it can be boring, but when you try the broth, it tastes like ginger broth. It's not a regular meat or Dongchimi broth, but I can see the ginger powder. It seems like a very clean and healthy food~ It's not colorful, but it's like a restaurant that keeps its basics~!
It was funny that I only sell naengmyeon~~~~
