1년 전 리뷰에만 봐도 고기를 직접 구워 주신다고 적혀 있는데 책임자라는 남자는 직접 구워주는게 아니라네요? 그럼 저 리뷰가 거짓말인거겠죠?ㅋㅋㅋ
뒤늦게 온 테이블들 야채 및 음식들이 다 나갈 때 본인 테이블엔 아무것도 안 나왔습니다. 달라고 말을 해도 안 주더군요ㅋㅋㅋ
이딴 서비스 때문에 사과를 원했으나 사과도 없이 라면으로 퉁 치려고하더니 저희가 그냥 이거만 먹고 가겠다니깐 책임자라는 남자는 아 네 그냥 가시면됩니다? 고객에 대한 서비스가 너무 좋네요? 사장님한테 어떤 식으로 서비스를 배웠는지 모르겠는데 너무 잘 가르친 거 같네요. 변명만 늘어 놓고 음식으로 퉁치려하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 잘못된 서비스를 했으면 사과부터 하는게 맞습니다. 사장님은 아시나요 서비스로 주고 돈은 안 받는거?
또 마음대로 하는 거 보니 책임자는 맞는 거 같네요
서비스 마인드부터 바꾸세요 누가 기분 좋게 이 가게 가겠습니까?
저희한테 이렇게 서비스를 했는데 다른 손님들에게도 안 이럴까요?

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to.
From the customer service to the overall service is the worst.
Each table seems to be treated special.
A review from a year ago says that they grill the meat themselves, but the man in charge doesn't grill the meat himself, right? Then that review must be a lie, right?
Tables that arrived late When all the vegetables and food were gone, nothing came out of my table. Even when I asked for it, he didn't give it to me.
I wanted an apology for this kind of service, but without an apology, I tried to eat it with ramen noodles, and he said that we would just eat this. Are you very good at customer service? I don't know how I learned service from the boss, but I think he taught me very well. They're just making excuses and trying to fill it with food. Does the boss know that you pay for service and not receive money?
Seeing that I am doing my own thing again, I think the person in charge is right.
Change your service mindset. Who wants to go to this store comfortably?
