2018.6.1일 오후 pc본체를 가지고 방문함,
3시간쯤 걸린다고 하기에 결제를 하고 본체를 맡긴 후 다른곳에서 시간을 보내다 옴..
오후 7시 50분쯤 다시 가서 10분정도 기다림..
직원이 나와서 복원작업을 하였던 하드를 다시 설치
한 후 저는 집으로 귀가해서pc를 작동시켰으나
작동이 되지 않음..작동이 되지 않은 이유는 하드를
위치시키고 구동을 되게 하는 케이블을 꽃아주지
않고 그냥 마무리 했던것임..분명히 직원은 그냥
집에 가서 전원만 공급하면 된다고 분명 말했음..
그 말을 믿고 따랐는데 될리가 없었음..참 황당할
따름..끝나고 나와서 뭘 물어도 되게 건성으로 대답함..아무튼 이 업체 절대적으로 비추함..그리고 복구비용 외에 1만원을 왜 따로 받는지는 모르겠지만 그것도 충분한 설명이 없이 그냥 받고 11만원이 결재됨..직원이 얘기하기로 여기는 물건을 파는 곳이 아니라 부가세를 따로 받는다고 하ㅈ며 받아감..
결재를 하면서도 이상한 기분이 듬..아무튼 여긴 다신 안감..절대 적극적으로 비추천함..실력이 부족한
듯 하고 고객을 돈뽑는 호구로 보는듯한 인상을 받음
이 업체에 대한 첫인상이 너무 안좋음..
복구해놓은 것도 시원찮음..
