답답함이 없고 접근성과 지하1층 외 지하4층 까지 주차 공간이 있어 상가 방문객 외 거주자또는 거주자 가족 지인은 쉽게 찾아갈 수 있어 좋은듯 합니다. 지인 두분이 거주하여 두 동 모두 가 보았지만 층간소음 복도 소음도 없는듯 보였습니다
조금 아쉽다면 탑입마다 다른지는 모르겠지만 제가 방문해본 두 타입은 현관문 외 중문이 없어 조금 불편함이 보였고 외부 창이 전부 옆 동 또는 앞 타 오피스텔과 마주보고있어 커텐없이는 생활이 다소 불편할듯 보였고 마지막으로 주차장 출구가 거주자 방문객으로 있긴 하지만 입구가 가운데 봉 때문에 처음 방문하시는분은 약간 당황 하실듯 합니다

There is no congestion, accessibility, and parking space up to the 4th basement floor in addition to the 1st basement floor, so it is good for non-commercial visitors and residents or acquaintances of residents' families to find them easily. Two of my acquaintances lived and visited both buildings, but there seemed to be no noise between floors and hallways.
If it's a bit disappointing, I don't know if it's different for each top entrance, but the two types I visited seemed a little inconvenient because there was no middle door other than the front door. Although there is a resident visitor, the entrance is a bit confusing for first-time visitors because of the bar in the middle.
