★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was expensive but the quality of the burger I got was worth it. Great location with indoor and outdoor seating. I was told to pay right away, instead of until after, which is fine. But the waitress could've been nice about it. All I was told was, "you pay now," and the reciept was brought to me. I'd recommend having staff know the words "please" "thanks" and maybe even smile instead of frowning. I'm a customer not a robot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but if you are A foreigner be prepared to wait a long time for no reason. You can see locals come in after you and some how their food will be ready before urs and you order the same thing. You'll be here for an hour and some change and ppl wld have gotten their stuff within 30 mins and its not just one instance it was the general pattern in the restaurant. Food pretty good customer service not so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place after searching for some info and reviews before going there. My family and I ordered their signature burger and pizza with draft beer. We felt like we were in the USA or other countries because there were a lot of foreigners when we got there. The staff were all very kind and spoke good English. So they were quite impressive. We enjoyed all the food and the atmosphere. And the restaurant is in the heart of Haeundae Beach, so you can't miss it. I highly recommend that you should visit and enjoy their delicious foods and exotic atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was very clean, staff was very polite and the food was excellent! We had the chicken alfredo, bacon alfredo, and the Shanghai pizza. Everything was super good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place to go with a good view of the area. The burgers are big and they were alright. I had the nun bun burger, the chicken was a little dry but overall it was good.
Plus was the place was clean and staff spoke English

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here just over a week now and I have been to this place 4 times. The food is amazing, the service is great and it's not very expensive. Even during busy times I haven't had to wait for food for longer than 10 mins after ordering. The soft drinks are free for refills. The beer selection is small but for a country that isn't as beer orientated as others its OK. About a 2 min walk from haeundae beach. Indoor and outdoor seating. I dont give it 5 stars because to go the toilet you have to walk outside and down a corridor only to find out you need to go back to get the code for the door. Free WiFi is available.
