d	daodao 888 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大邸名物のチムカルビを食べるために、夕方の空いている時間にお邪魔しました。アルミのボコボコになった鍋の中に骨付のカルビ肉と大量のニンニクと唐辛子をあえて蒸したのがチムカルビはビールにぴったりあう味で、野菜や漬物と一緒に巻いて食べると辛味もそれほど気にならず、日本人でも美味しくいただける味でした。まごまごしていたらお店の人が骨と肉をハサミで切り分けてくれて、食べ方を指南してくれました。一緒に出て来るバンチャンも結構面白く、トトリムク（どんぐりの澱粉で作ったゼリー）も美味しくいただきました。お店の人も親切ですし、味も美味しいのでお勧めできるお店だと思います。 I visited during the vacant evening hours to eat the mansion's signature chimkarbi. We ordered both the spicy and a non-spicy version and both were amazing especially over some rice. I would absolutely recommend a trip to this restaurant to anyone that is coming to the area. The waitress here spoke excellent English and helped us to understand the menu.
