★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 장점
- 동네 헬스장 치고는 머신이 꽤 많고 다양함.
- 헬창(?)이 적음.순서 기다려야 하는 일이 적음.
- GX룸이 따로 있어서 쾌적하게 스트레칭 가능
- 운동 후 목욕탕에서 피로 풀기 좋음.
2. 단점
- 낡은 기구와 새 기구가 혼재돼있음. 약 15년 전 쯤에도 잠깐 다녔었는데 그때 봤던 덤벨&원판과 일부 머신들이 아직도 현역임. 당시에도 이미 고철이었는데...
- 시설관리가 미흡함. 원판 종류가 여러가지고 항상 여기저기에 널부러져있어서 짝맞추려면 헬스장 몇바퀴 돌아야됨.
(최소 할아버지 뻘은 돼보이는 쇳덩어리 옛날 원판도 볼 수 있음)
- 제공하는 운동복들이 허접하고 많이 낡았음. 사이즈별 정리도 안돼있어서 맞춰입기 번거롭고 후질구레함.
- 3층에다가 넓고 창문도 많아서 환기가 잘 될것 같은 구조인데 이상하게 공기가 탁함. 가끔 입에서 먼지맛 날 때도 있음.
- 사우나가 포함된 가격이라 헬스만 생각하면 회비가 비싼편.
3. 총평
가성비 헬스를 찾는다면 비추.
목욕&사우나 이용에 더 관심이 있다면 추천.
1. Advantages
-There are quite a lot of machines for a local gym.
-Less helchang (?), Less work to wait in order.
-GX room is separate so you can stretch comfortably
-It is good to relieve fatigue in the bathroom after exercise.
2. Cons
-Old and new appliances are mixed. I went around 15 years ago for a while, but the dumbbells and discs I saw at that time and some machines are still active. It was already scrap metal at the time ...
-Insufficient facility management. There are many types of discs, and they are always scattered all over the place, so you need to turn a couple of gyms to match.
(At least, the old grandfather can see the old disk that looks like a pig)
-The sportswear provided was loose and worn a lot. It's not organized by size, so it's cumbersome to wear and thick.
-On the 3rd floor, it is spacious and has many windows, so it seems to be well ventilated, but the air is strangely cloudy. Sometimes it tastes like dust in my mouth.
-Due to the price of sauna, membership fees are expensive if you only think about health.
3. General Review
If you are looking for cost-effective health, shine.
Recommended if you are more interested in using bath & sauna.
