오	오주형 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원래 만두 음식자체를 좋아하는데 그걸 감안하고도 참으로 맛있는 식당이다. 기본적으로 밑반찬이며 만두도 직접 만드시는거같다. 이북식 만두가 다른 만두들에 비해 담백한 맛이 특징인데 이 곳 역시 그 맛을 잘 표현했다. 강렬한 맛을 생각하고 가면 밍밍하다고 느낄 수도 있다. 이 집의 만두국의 국물은 고기육수로 국물이 정말로 진하면서 담백하고 갈비탕 국물이 떠오르는 맛이다. 수육덩어리도 푸짐하게 들어있는데 어떤 부위를 사용하는지 모르겠는데 부드러운 식감이 좋다. 만두 크기는 컸고 만두내용물도 풍부했다. 기본적인 간은 쎄지 않으며 입맛에 맞게 뿌려먹을 수 있는 간장도 준다. 갈비밥은 전형적인 갈비맛이었으며 가격 대비 갈비양이 푸짐했다. 옆에 주황색 소스는 갈비와 잘 어울렸으며 맛이 굽네 고추바사삭 시켰을때 딸려나오는 마블링소스 맛이었다. 식사뿐만아니라 안주메뉴도 있기에 어느시간대에 방문해도 좋은곳이다. + 사장님이 친절하시다 Originally, I like the dumpling food itself, but even taking that into account, it is a really delicious restaurant.
