★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 육수 맛이 많이 자극적이지 않고 적당합니다.면도 너무 질기지 않고 딱 적당한 익힘 정도였습니다. 만두는 깻잎향이 많이 나서 개인적으로 좋았습니다.
The flavor of the broth is just right without being too irritating. The noodles are not too tough and just the right amount of cooking. The dumplings had a lot of sesame leaf flavor, which I personally liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 구내식당 점심시간을 놓쳐서 근처 공단에 있는 식당을 방문하였어요. 날씨가 무척 더워 시원한 것을 먹으려고 냉면을 시켰는데...그냥 시원하기만... 건강한 맛이라고 밖에...그냥 갈비탕을 먹을걸 그랬나봐요 ㅎㅎ
I missed lunch break at the cafeteria, so I visited a restaurant in a nearby industrial complex. The weather was very hot, so I ordered naengmyeon to eat something cool... It's just cool... It's healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처음 가봤는데 가게도 깨끗하고 음식도 맛있어요. 물 냉면과 비빔냉면 모두 깔끔하네요.
근데 평양식 냉면이라고 해서 얇은 평양냉면인줄 알았는데 비빔냉면만 얇은 면이고 물냉면은 좀 두꺼운 메밀면이네요.
뭐 그래도 맛은 꿩 육수를 써서 깊어요.
그리고 갈비탕을 같이 해서 그런지 육수가 갈비탕육수? 같은게 나오는데 너무 맛있어서 리필했어요. 꼭 드셔보세요!
It was my first time here and the store is clean and the food is delicious. Both the water naengmyeon and the bibim naengmyeon are clean.
But I thought it was thin Pyongyang naengmyeon because it was called Pyongyang-style naengmyeon, but only bibim naengmyeon is thin noodles and water naengmyeon is thick buckwheat noodles.
Well, the taste is deep because it uses pheasant stock.
Also, the broth is galbi-tang broth because it was made with galbi-tang? The same thing came out, but it was so delicious that I refilled it. Please try it!
