미나리 추가 2,000원 하면 똑같이 또 나와서 새거됨. 생선도 살이 큼지막하다. 국물은 미쳤다.
재방문의사 있다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 좁은 골목사이에 있으며 노란색 간판인 양고기집 뒤에 있음. 아빠의 단골집. 산더미처럼 쌓여있는 미나리를 다 먹으면 알,곤이,간이 나오는데, 양도 많고 너무 맛있음. 간 주는곳 솔직히 처음봤음. 물론 생선도 크고 많이 줌. 옛날에는 더 저렴했다는데, 가격이 현재 많이 올라도 사람이 많은거보니 합당한 가격인가봄. 거의 만석임. 육수는 계속 끓이면서 진국이 되고, 육수가 부족하면 육수를 리필해주심. 그 국물과 함께라면 소주는... 음 여기까지.

그 중에서도 생태탕으로 40년 업력을 가지고 있는
부산갈매기라는 식당을 다녀왔습니다
가게 이름만 들으면 고깃집인줄 알았는데
생태탕을 잘하기로 유명한 식당이죠
4명이서 45000원짜리 주문해도
소주병 세울 수 있을 정도로 양이 상당합니다
미나리 이불 아래에는 생태랑 곤이
알도 엄청 푸짐하게 들어가 있고
마지막으로 다진 마늘까지 듬뿍 올려주니
끓이면 끓일수록 감칠맛까지 더해지네요
국물 맛도 상당히 깔끔한 편이라
기교 부리지 않은 재료의 맛이랄까나?
알이나 내장들도 부드럽게 씹히는게
간장에 콕 찍어서 먹으니 술안주로 제격입니다
술 좋아하시고 얼큰한 국물 좋아하시면
부산갈매기 생태탕으로 안주하시면 좋을거 같네요?
