J	Je-in Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신라의 승려이자 풍수지리의 대가로 알려졌던 도선국사가 우리나라의 산천지세를 점쳐 결정한 자리에 세울 비보사찰지를 선정하기 위해 순례하던 중 이곳에 머물며 산 이름을 ‘연엽산’이라고 하였단다. 이러한 연유로 사찰 하나 없이 천년이 넘게 연합절골이라는 이름으로 보존되어 온 곳에 치옹당 화담스님이 기도하던 중 이곳 불연지를 만나 불기 2537(서기 1993)년 을해년에 불사를 시작하였다고 합니다. 보기만 해도 미소가 지어지는 포대화상과 돼지복상 곳곳의 풍경들은 마음을 평화롭게 해주었다. 사진 속 보이는 포대화상은 배꼽을 왼손으로 만지면서 오른손으로 배를 3번 돌리고, 포대화상이 웃을 때 그 웃음을 따라 함께 웃으면 부귀 무병 장수 3가지의 복덕이 생긴다고 한다 아미타 부처님 복장안으로 들어가 7층까지 올라가면 법당안에는 부모 은중경이 벽화로 새겨져있어 한발 한발 오르며 보는것도 좋았다 부모의 높고 넓은 은혜를 가르치고 보답하라는 불경의 뜻을 되새겨보며 자식된 도리는 다하고 사는지 자신에게 반문해보았다 홍천 연엽산 아래 고추잠자리 빙빙나르고 아미타 부처님 따스한 미소에 풍경소리 은은하다. 여름보다는 겨울에 명찰로 뽑히고 국내 겨울 명승지로 알려진 곳이다 절 답게 계곡 깊숙히 자리 잡고 있어 조용하고 방문객이없어 조금은 스잔하기도 햇던 방문으로 기억에 남긴다.
