선산곱창이 어떻게 보면 생소한 메뉴지만 대구랑 구미쪽에서 주로 먹는 곱창 전골이라고 생각하시면 됩니다.
돼지내장인 곱창과 염통 등을 김치와 채소와 넣고 끓인 전골입니다.
여러 부속고기 먹는 재미도 있고 얼큰하고 칼칼한 국물과 고기를 밥위에 넣고 슥슥 비벼서 먹으면 정말 맛있습니다.
이상하게 선산곱창만 먹으면 둘이서 2인분에 사리추가하고 밥도 하나 더 추가해서 먹게 됩니다.
과식을 부르는 맛입니다.
