★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 돼지갈비가 맛있습니다. 1인분 200그램에 8천원이고 100그램도 판매합니다. 양념이 진하지 않아 쉽게 물리지 않습니다. 물엿을 조금만 쓴듯 불판도 덜 타네요. 돼지고기는 생생포크를 쓴다고 하며 손질과 양념을 직접 하는듯 합니다. 소주, 맥주가 한병에 2천원으로 저렴합니다. 숯은 참숯이 아닌 성형탄을 씁니다.
