★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부모님과 함께 방문하여 능이소고기전골을 먹었는데 너무나 맛있게 드셔서 만족스러웠습니다. 별다른 양념 없이 한우와 능이버섯을 포함한 다양한 버섯과 야채를 끓여 먹는 전골인데 국물맛이 버섯향이 강하면서도 부담되지 않습니다. 건더기를 건져 먹고 능이칼국수를 사리로 추가하여 먹었는데 국수도 능이버섯의 향이 어우러져 맛있습니다.
능이버섯이 소화 기능에 도움이 된다고 하는데 그래서 그런지 배부르게 먹은 후에도 위에 부담이 크지 않은 것 같아 속이 편했습니다. 부모님께서 다음에도 꼭 먹으러 오자고 하셔서 다시 들릴 생각입니다.
I visited with my parents and ate Neungi Beef Hot Pot, and I was satisfied because I enjoyed it so much. This hot pot is eaten by boiling various mushrooms and vegetables including Korean beef and neungi mushrooms without any special seasoning. The soup has a strong mushroom flavor and is not burdensome. I ate the ingredients and ate it with Neungi Kalguksu added as a sari. The noodles are also delicious with the aroma of Neungi mushrooms.
Neungi mushrooms are said to be helpful for digestive function, so even after eating full, I felt comfortable as the burden on my stomach was not too great. My parents asked me to come to eat next time, so I will stop by again.

물맛도 능이향이 나는데 능이오리백숙 먹을 때만 주시는건지, 다른 주문에도 주시는지는 모르겠지만 맛있게 죽까지 먹고 마시는 물맛이 개운합니디~^^
