★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 춘천 사농동에 위치한 두부요리 전문점 부일정입니다. 식당이 깔끔하고 오붓하게 즐기기 넘 좋아요. 음식도 정갈하고 비지전골 진심 맛있음. 완전 감동. 다른분들께도 추천드려요 ㅎ
 Builjeong is a tofu restaurant located in Sanong-dong, Chuncheon. The restaurant is clean and comfortable to enjoy. The food is neat and the biji hotpot is really delicious. totally impressed. I recommend it to others too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 엇 갑자기 이름이 바뀌었다? 드라마 셋트장으로 이용 중이란다. 늘 고향같은 곳 이동식 식탁이 있어서 고객들이 원하는 곳을 지정하여 식사를 할 수 있어서 좋다. 장소가 소양강 자전거길에 있어서 바이크 라이더들이 식사를 해결하고 가는 모습도 종종 보인다. 다양한 메뉴를 선택할 수 있고, 일단 이곳의 밑반찬 맛은 일품이다. 강을 바라 보면서 가벼운 마음으로 가족이나 친구들과 식사하기 적당한 곳. 요즘 이곳에서 드라마 촬영 중이다. 사장님이 이웃에 사시는 분들같이 푸근하고 정감이 뭍어난다. 선택이 애매하면 주저없이 이곳을 찾곤하며 늘 폭식하게 된다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 큰길에서 골목으로 들어가 밖에서 찾기는 어려우나 안에 주차 공간이 있습니다. 얼큰 수제비는 매콤하며 맛은 뛰어나지는 않지만 무난합니다. 들깨 얼큰 2가지인데 가장 기본적인 일반 수제비가 없어 아쉽습니다. 반찬으로 감자떡이 있는데 수제비와는 어울리지 않아 에피터이저로 먹기 좋습니다. 감자전분을 사용하여 쫄깃하고 홍합이 들어 있습니다. 그러나 감자나 호박 같은 채소가 들어 있지 않아 아쉽고 메뉴가 나오는데 상당히 오래 걸립니다.

There are two types of perilla sesame, but it is a pity that there is no basic general homemade recipe. There is potato rice cake as a side dish, but it does not go well with Sujebi, so it is good to eat as an appetizer. It is chewy using potato starch and contains mussels. However, it is a pity that it does not contain vegetables such as potatoes or pumpkin, and it takes quite a while for the menu to come out.

고소하고 얼큰하면서 개운합니다.
공기밥 추가는 2,000원이지만
처음에 주는 공기밥이 아주 가득가득 들어있어요.
그거면 충분할 듯 합니다.
반찬도 아주 정갈하고,
저만 느끼는건지 모르겠지만 이 집만의 장맛이 느껴져요.
확실치는 않아요. ^^
