I	Isabel Pérez Martínez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe it is because we are used to European escape rooms but we didn’t like that much this room (Materia medica). The hint system and the characters was a little bit confusing. Puzzles were ok but some of them very obvious and some others really difficult. The game was very lineal and in a group of four people many of them were looking because they cannot do anything else at the same time. The stuff was ok but not very enthusiastic.
J	Jessye Hale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actually challenges are quite good and fun, however, the computer ‘hint’ system is TERRIBLE. The hints are numbered but the company’s symbol is an infinity symbol, which looks like a sideways 8. This caused some confusion and led to an invalid code entry that kind of messed up our experience. The computer system isn’t really able to recover from this error without penalizing the customer. Also the staff came into our room and walked us through the last step (we still had time left, mind you) without us asking for anything more than the hint that the computer was unable to display, which was a bummer. The ending of our room was just confusing because the staff member was there and we didn’t really get to finish. I think the situation could have been handled better on their part, and they should use a less time consuming computer system.
