★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 들기름의 고소함 양념장의 달콤함 동치미의 새콤함 겨자의 알싸함 이 모든게 메밀의 고소함과 어우러져 조화롭다.
편육 역시 잡내 하나 안나게 잘 삶았다. 전지라 비계와 살코기의 비율도 적절하다.
The savory taste of perilla oil, the sweetness of the seasoning sauce, the sourness of dongchimi, and the bitterness of mustard, all harmonize with the savory taste of buckwheat.
Pyeonyuk was also cooked well so that there was not a single chap. The ratio of fat to lean meat is also appropriate.
