이 집 장칼국수는 된장 베이스에요
배추된장국 같은 익숙한 맛이라 맛있었어요
만둣국은 손만두를 바로 빚어서 끓여주고
국물 시원하고 맛있습니다

Because of my style, I prefer restaurants run by older people, and the ratings are good. Makguksu broth is salty, jangkalguksu tastes bland, both noodles are overcooked and cut off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 보통 장칼국수하면 빨간데 여기는 된장을 풀어서 비주얼부터 다르네요~~ 된장 깊은 맛과 고소하고.. 정말 밥 말아먹으면 최고에요 너무 맛있음....!! 정선에서 유명한 이유가 있네요^^ 담에 또 가고픔 한번쯤 먹어봐도 좋을거 같아요
It's usually red when it comes to Jang-Kalguksu, but the look is different from the miso paste~~ The deep taste of the miso and the savory.. It's really the best if you roll up the rice. It's so delicious....!! There is a reason for being famous in Jeongseon^^ It would be good to try again at least once in the dam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우리가 일반적으로 알고 있는 장칼국수의 양념이 고추장 베이스인 반면, 특이하게 정선면옥의 장칼국수는 된장이 베이스이다.
중소벤처기업부에서 인정한 정선군 100년 가게이자 맛을 인정받은 지역로컬 식당이다.
라면도 잘 안먹는 내가 1년에 칼국수는 한번 먹을까 말까인데, 강릉에서 맛보았던 장칼국수와는 다른 맛이라기에 겸사겸사 수원에서 애써 이곳까지 찾아와서 먹어봤다.
정선군 현지인들이 추천하는 오래된 노포이자 맛집이 틀림없다.
시골이라서 주차가 쉬울거 같지만 읍내 주차는 거의 불가능해보인다. 식당에서 600m이상 떨어진 공영주차장에서 간신히 주차할정도로 어렵다. 장날이면 더 어려움.
Whereas the seasoning of Jangkalguksu we know is based on gochujang, specifically, Jangkalguksu of Jeongseonmyeonok is based on soybean paste.
It is a 100-year-old restaurant in Jeongseon-gun recognized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and a local restaurant recognized for its taste.
I don't eat ramen very well, so I'm not sure if I should eat kalguksu once a year, but the taste is different from the jang kalguksu I've tasted in Gangneung.
There is no doubt that this is a long-established restaurant and restaurant recommended by the locals in Jeongseon-gun.
It may seem easy to park in the countryside, but it seems almost impossible to park in town. It is difficult enough to barely park in a public parking lot that is more than 600m away from the restaurant. It's more difficult on a market day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only Jang Kalguksu menu was available, but it was so good and cheap! Simple dish with hand-cut wheat noodles and mildly spicy soup with miso. The family that owns the restaurant was very welcoming and they even prepared some noodles without the spicy soup for our daughter.
