지역적인 음식의 차이인지 모르겠지만 육개장은 고기가 조금(?) 질겼고 고사리양이 적고 대파는 어슷하게 썰어 그런지 익숙하지않았고, 서울경기쪽하고는 다르게 엄청난(?) 양의 콩나물이 있기에 음... 이게 내가 주문한 육게장이란 말이지 하면서 식사를 하는데 콩나물이나 다른 내용물에 비해 상대적으로 국물의 양이 적었음.
Should I have ordered Seolleongtang? TT
I don't know if it's a regional difference, but the meat is a little (?) tough, the amount of bracken is small, and the green onion is sliced diagonally, so I wasn't used to it. I mean, this is the beef crab I ordered, and while I was eating, the amount of broth was relatively small compared to bean sprouts and other ingredients.
