★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제가 작년 12월 회사출근길에 들러서 김밥을 한줄주문했는데 웬 중국인아주머니가 없는솜씨로 김밥을싸기시작했습니다.한눈에 봐도 서툴어보이는게 경력자가아니었습니다.속을 졸이다가 정말 먹기싫게 싸서 커팅하려고했을때 다른분이 다시싸주셨으면좋겠다고 말씀드리자 그 중국인이 소리쳤습니다.사장은 되려 제게 가시라고하더군요.서비스 0점 가게입니다.그일이 있고난 후 오늘 지나가는길에 들러서 한번먹어봤는데 사장이 제얼굴을 기억하는눈치였습니다.가게문을나설때 직원교육똑바로 시키라고하니 엉뚱한소리 변명만 구구절절 늘어놓더군요.저라면 다시온손님에게 음식값을 받지않을텐데 받아먹을거 다 받아쳐먹으면서 직원교육도 엉망이고 오늘먹었던 육개장도 맛도 더럽게없더군요.
오늘사장하고 통화한내역 음성녹음했고 본사에 컴플레인걸테니 그런줄아쇼~
확 망해버려라 퉤엣~!
I ordered a roll of Kimbap in December last year when I stopped by on my way to work on the company and started to pack Kimbab with a skill that no Chinese lady did. When I said that I wanted to have another person wrap it up again, the Chinese shouted, "The boss said to go to me, the service is a zero point shop. When I went out of the store, I told the staff to make the training straight, so the excuse for the wrong voice was that I had not been able to get food for the customer who came back. The taste was not dirty either.
I made a voice record of the conversation with the president today, and I'll make a complaint to the head office.
Get out of here!
