★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부속고기가 메인이지만 양이 적고 맛도 추천할 맛은 아님. 단, 고기 비린내가 적어서 먹기 불편하진 않음.
주문시 사모님께서 직접 간이나 양념을 하시는데 시간은 걸려도 비린맛이나 기타 잡내를 잡아줌.
부속고기만 먹었으면 평점이 보통 이하일텐데
같이 먹은 갈메깃살과 비빔국수가 너무 맛있어서
평균은 됨. 솔직히 부속빼고 일반 고깃집이나
국수집 포함 식당하시면 어떨까 싶은 집.
국수는 양도 많고 좀 단 달게 만드시니 유의.
