진	진규홍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가격은 천원 올리고 냉면에 들어가던 장뇌삼 은근슬쩍 뺌. 본점은 장뇌삼을 빼버렸는데 분점은 장뇌삼을 넣어줌. 막상 주문은 또 잘못 들어감. 외국인 직원이 주문 잘못받음. 첨에 못 알아듣길래 또박또박 두번이나 불러줬는데 결국 주문 잘못됨. 주문지 확인안한 내 잘못도 있지만...설마, 두번이나, 주문을 그러ㅡ케 크고 또박또박 불러줬는데 잘못 됐을리라곤..직원이 띠껍게 다시 만들어드릴까요, 하길래 그냥 먹음.확인안한 내 잘못도 있으니까. 계산은 짤없이 내가 시킨 물냉보다 천원비싼 물비냉으로 계산. 전체적으로 사장 무신경, 직원도 무신경, 거의 전부 그냥 오면오는가보다 가면가는가보다 함. 싹싹함도 없고 친절도 없고 먹고 싶으면 먹고 가시오ㅡ느낌. 그런데 중요한 건 그정도 맛집이 아님. 여기는 그나마 가성비였는데 올해 음식값 천원씩 올린 거 같음.작년 가격보다 거의 모든 메뉴 천원씩 올랐음. 본점이 이 지경이면 대체...다른 가맹점이 불쌍. N	Number 12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛은 있습니다 냉면도 육전도 맛있어요 하지만 오래전부터 단골처럼 가던 맛집이라 예전하고 비교가 되네요 장뇌삼 같은 인삼도 한뿌리씩 넣어주던것도 몇년전부터 없어졌고 육전의 크기도 예전보다 많이 작아졌네요 그런 디테일한것에 손님들은 아주 예민하답니다 그리고 주인분이 바뀌신건지 아닌지는 모르겠으나 손님을 응대하는 태도가 아주 불친절 했습니다 매우기분이 나쁘네요 맛집이라고 다 잘되는건 아닙니다. 기본적인것에 집중하세요 손님 응대를 하는 서비스업의 마인드부터 다시 하시는것이 도움되실겁니다.그리고나서 초심도 찾으셔야 하는거고 그때부터 예전 명성을 찾게 되는것 아닐까요!! 리뷰를 이렇게 길게 적어본적이 없는데 기분이 좋지않아 이렇게 남깁니다. 제 리뷰는 아주 객관적입니다. 누구에게 돈을 받거나 부탁을 받아 리뷰를 남기지 않아요!!!! 제 황금같은 시간을 쏟아 적는 리뷰입니다.!!!!!
