G	Gonist Prota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서울대입구역 근처에 곱창 맛집! 낙성곱창본점 방문 월요일 저녁 방문하였고, 대기 손님은 없어서 바로 자리에 앉을 수 있었다. 모듬 2인분 주문하니, 간과 천엽 그리고 선지국이 기본찬으로 나온다. 간과 천엽은 신선했고, 선지국도 푸짐하고 맛이 좋았다. 한참을 기다리니 초벌된 곱창이 나온다. 알맞게 구워진 염통부터 사장님이 직접 잘라주시는데, 맛있다. 곱도 꽉차있고 대창도 맛있다. 최근 먹은 곱창 중 제일 맛있게 먹었다. 볶음밥까지 먹고 나니 양도 부족하지 않았다. Waiting for a while comes the first giblets. It's delicious, the boss will cut it from the properly roasted salt shaker. It's full of gourds and it's delicious. I ate the most delicious recently eaten giblets. After eating fried rice did not lack the amount.
h	hubigo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 곱창은 완전히 조리해서 주시고 약불로 익히면서 먹는방식입니다. 생곱창을 쎈불로 익히면서 먹는것에 비해 육즙과 기름의 고소함이 부족하고 특별하다고 느껴지지는 않았어요. 개인적으로는 이런맛이라면 일반적으로 아는 조리방식에 구워주시는 다른집 갈걸하는 생각이 들기도 했습니다. 20년동안 하신 본점이라고 해서 다른곱창 맛집정도를 기대했었나봐요. 양은 좀 적은거 같아서 1인1볶음밥시켰어요. 기본제공되는 선지국과 볶음밥 다 먹을때쯤 누른밥을 긁어주시는데 이 두가지가 가장 맛있었습니다. 말없이 무표정에 퉁명한 사장님은 약간 무서웠습니다. 주차는 하기 어려운 위치고 주변 공영주차장도 없어서 차가지고 가기 불편해요 Gopchang is cooked thoroughly and cooked over low heat. I didn't feel that it was special and lacked the savoryness of the juice and the oil compared to eating raw beef in the oven. Personally, I thought of going to another house to bake to the cooking method I know. The main store you've been in for 20 years should have been expecting another gourmet restaurant. I think the amount is a little smaller so I made 1 fried rice per person. When you eat both the fried soup and fried rice, you can scratch the pressed rice. Without a word, the boss was a bit scared. It's hard to park and there's no public parking nearby
S	Seo johan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 직원분과 사장님이 엄청 신경을 많이 써주신다. 2. 엄청 신선하다. 둘이서 10만원 많이 나온거같지만 케어 받은거 생각하면 정말 잘 먹은거같다 1. The staff and the boss are very attentive. 2. Very fresh. It seems like the two of us came out with a lot of 100,000 won, but considering the care we received, I think we ate really well.
이	이재신 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 하.. 마시고 먹기만 하다가 사진 찍는걸 깜빡했네요. 곱창모둠이랑.. 막창 시켰습니다.. 일단 모둠 시키면 데친 소양이랑 천엽 주시고, 선지곱창 해장국 주십니다. 천엽은 쬐금 별로지만 나머진 맛나구요. 모듬 곱창의 곱창은 곱이 살아있어서 아주 고소합니다. 익혀서 주시기 때문에 바로 먹을 수 있어 좋습니다. 하여간 곱은 맛나구요. 아쉽게도 같이 주는 부추는 그리 잘 어울리지는 않아요. ^^; 데친 콩나물을 주셨으면 좋을 뻔 했습니다. 막창도 쫄깃한게 좋았어요. 천엽 빼고 거침없이 입으로 들어갔네요. Ha.. I forgot to take a picture while drinking and eating. With a group of giblets.. I ordered them.. Once you order them as a group, they give you poached Soyang and Cheonyeop, and Seonji Gopchang Haejangguk. Cheon leaf is a little bad, but the rest is delicious. The giblets of the assorted giblets are very tasty because the giblets are alive. Since it is cooked, you can eat it right away. Anyway, it's delicious. Unfortunately, the leek served together doesn't go well together. ^^; It would have been nice to have boiled bean sprouts. I also liked that the makchang was chewy. It went into my mouth without hesitation except for Cheonyeop.
U	Underdog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 싸진 않지만 맛있었습니다. 다만 개인사업장 이다 보니 손님을 가려받는 모습이 눈에 모이더군요 It wasn't cheap, but it was delicious. However, since it is a private business, I can see how customers are being covered up.
