절은 산속이고 작아서 그런지 조용했습니다. 고찰은 아닌 듯합니다.
It was difficult to access because it was deep in the mountains of Chiaksan.
The temple was in the mountains and small, so it was quiet. It does not seem to be a consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 국형사에서 윗쪽에 위치 하고 잇습니다 걸어서 30~40분정도 거리입니다.산길은 아니고 가파른 언덕길입니다 .보문사지나면 향로봉으로 가는길 나옵니다 (보문사 종각 근처에 사진찍기 좋은 장소가 잇습니다.가을 노을질때 사진찍어보세요.소장용 사진나옵니다)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제법 높은 곳에 있는 절. 포장도로가 깔려있어 올라오기 수월하다. 약수터가 있어서 본격적인 산행 전에 목을 축이고 가는 곳

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신라 경순왕(재위:927∼935) 때 무착(無着)이 창건하였으며, 이후의 연혁이 전하지 않아 절의 자세한 역사는 알 수 없다.
보문암창기(普門庵創記)에 따르면 1592년(조선 선조 25) 임진왜란 때 불에 탔다가 중창된 것으로 보인다.
당시에 중창하면서 관세음보살을 모시고 신행결사도량으로 삼아 절 이름을 보문련사(普門蓮社)라고 불렀다.
1930년에 강상준이 중건하고,
1971년 주지인 이백련화(李白蓮華)가 중창하여 오늘에 이른다.
주요 건물로는 대웅전과 약사전·산신각·용왕각·요사채 등이 있으며, 유물로는 보문사칠층석탑이 유명하다.
이 석탑은 높이 1m 정도에 불과한 작은 탑이지만 해인사와 금산사·법주사 등에서만 찾아볼 수 있는 점판암으로 된 석탑으로,
일명 청석탑(靑石塔)이라 불리며 고려말이나 조선초에 제작된 것으로 추정된다.
강원도 유형문화재 제103호로 지정되었다
Non-wearing was founded during King Silla Gyeongsoon (reign: 927-935), and the detailed history of the temple is unknown since the history of the later was not conveyed.
According to Bomunamchanggi, it was burned during the Imjin War in 1592 (Korean ancestor 25).
At that time, the temple was named after the customs bodhisattva and the temple was called Bomun Ryeonsa (普 門 蓮社).

In 1971, the head of Yi Bai Lianghua (중 白蓮華) was in mid-air and reached today.
The main buildings are Daeungjeon, Yaksajeon, Sansingak, Yongwanggak, and Yochaechae. The relics are famous for its Bomunsa seven-storied pagoda.
This stone pagoda is a small pagoda that is only 1m high, but is a stone pagoda made of slate rock that can be found only in Haeinsa Temple, Geumsansa Temple, and Beopjusa Temple.
It is called the Blue Stone Pagoda and is believed to have been produced in Goryeo Horse or Chosun Cho.
Designated as Gangwon-do Tangible Cultural Property No. 103

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 향로봉 올라가는 길가에 있고요 맑은 계곡물로 목을 축이고 올라가시면 됩니다. 아담하지만 있을건 다있는 절입니다. 용왕각이 왜있는지는 모르겠지만...
It's on the road that goes up to Hyangnobong Peak, and you can go up with clear valley water. It's a small temple, but it has everything you need. I don't know why there is a Dragon King...
