J	Jung Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 둘째까지 출산함. 의료진 좋아보이며, 이 근방에서는 거의 유일한 여성전문 병원이자 믿음가는 병원임. 단, 보이는건 번지르르..하지만, 출산이후 병실에 들어가면 시설에 깜짝 놀램. 병원장이 고액연봉자로 신문에도 나오던데, 좀 투자 좀 했으면 좋겠음...장판갈라졌는데 박스테이프로 덕지덕지 붙여놓는건 아니지 않습니까??? 색바랜 용품이 즐비하고, 욕실은 쌍팔연도 모텔을 상기시킴. 명색히 특실인데........ 비누 없냐 했더니....없답니다..씁쓸하네요. 그리고 초음파기기도 좀..... 요즘 화질개선된 것도 많던데..사진을 주긴하는데, 이게 어디를 찍은건지...그냥 외계인같음..ㅋ 보기와는 다르게 돈을 못 버시나.....조리원도 운영하시면서...... M	M J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 그나마 안양에서 큰 산부인과 병원이라던데 직원 교육은 주기적으로 제대로 시키는 것 같지 않아보입니다. 신생아실에서 일부 간호사나 간호조무사가 어째서 산모의 질문에 제대로 대답하지 못하는지... 자기가 모르는 것을 얼머부리려는 것 같았습니다. 대학병원급은 아니겠지만, 직원 교육은 철저하게 해야 돼지 않을까요? 2. 적은 인원으로 3교대를 하는 것 같은데, 직원들 얼굴이 창백하고 피곤해 보입니다. 금방이라도 쓰러질 것 같습니다. 3교대를 하는 것 같은데 신생아실나 산부인과 직원들이 뛰어다는데 힘없어 보여요. 직원 복지 좀 챙기길 바래요. 아니면 직원을 좀 많이 뽑던가. 그리고 신생아실 직원이 아닌 다른 복장을 입는 간호학생이나 간호조무사로 보이는 학생에게 신생아 아기 돌봄이나 아기 기저귀 가는 거 안 했으면 좋겠습니다. 우리가 전문인력에게 서비스 받길 원하는거지 학생에게 서비스를 받길 원하는 것은 아니잖아요. 그러면 돈을 내는 이유가 없지요. 아니면 직원 뽑기는 돈이 아까우니까 학생들에게 시키는 건가요? 3. 다른 과에 있는 일부 의사나 간호사나 데스크직원 등이 자기 기분에 따라 고객에게 불친절한 목소리와 표정으로 대하는데, 이런 식으로 고객을 대하면 고객이 두 번 다시 봄빛병원에 방문하지 않을 것 같습니다. 사생활에서 안 좋은 일이 있을 가능성은 누구에게나 있지만 그것을 다른 사람과 만나는 공적인 자리인 직장에서 보이면 고객 입장에서 보기 좋지 않습니다. 표정관리나 서비스 교육을 좀 시키면 좋겠어요. Some doctors, nurses, and desk staff in other departments treat customers with unkind voices and expressions depending on their mood. Bad things happen in everyone's life, but seeing them at work, a public meeting place with other people, doesn't look good on the customer's side. I would like some training on facial expression management and service.

The first time the nurse received me as if i was lying that i was pregnant even though i took pregnancy home test and a blood test. The reason i came was that they confirm pregnancy not me having the comfirm it! Then the obgyn was so unfriendly. Second ultrasound we couldn't see a heartbeat at 7 weeks she was treating it like it's not a big deal to just have a follow scan and the operation to remove the foetus not even a week later. I went to consult at another hospital and she comfirmed that even though chances are low you need to wait a week and she checked the size and explained me kindly. I'm not even sure the doctor here checked the size! Definitely never going again. I can imagine they are tired end of the day but i little kindness wouldn't kill them! I do not recommend!
