★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 생선구이 보통 갈치나 고등어를 많이 먹는데... 여기가면 개인적으로 열기구이를 꼭 먹는집!!
이유는 굉장히 바삭하게 튀기듯 나오기 때문에 아가미 뒤에붙은 지느러미를 씹어먹으면 마치 제주 애월에서 먹었던 우럭정식 생각이 날정도로 씹히는 맛과 고소합니다. 기본으로 김과 간장에빠진 고추가 나와서 좀 느끼하다 싶을때엔 김에 생선살발라 쌓고 고추올려서 먹우면 괜찮아요... 그리고 보리굴비도 쿰쿰한 향과 살짝 꾸덕한 느낌 아시는 분은 시켜드세요!! 시원한 녹차물에 말아먹으면 잘 넘어갑니다. ^^
다음에는 조림을 먹어볼 예정입니다.
구이는 점심때 자주가서 먹었으니 저녁에 슬먹으러...

Basically, if you want to feel a little bit because the peppers in the soy sauce come out, it's okay to pile them up with fish and put them on the peppers... If you roll it in cool green tea, it goes well. ^^
Next time, I'm going to try stew.
