日曜日だからかすいてました。
日本語は全く通じませんがなんとかなります。
日本では見たことないマシンも多かったです。(使い方わからない)
タオルやウエアはビジター料金に含まれているのか持っていかなくても大丈夫そうです(私は持参)。
室内靴やソックスは持って行ったほうがよさそうです。
シャワールームはシャンプーやソーブは備え付けがあります。
食べ過ぎ、飲み過ぎ対策におすすめです。
 I searched Google and came as a visitor.
It was Sunday so it was faint.
I don't understand Japanese at all, but it's quite good.
There were many machines I had never seen in Japan. (I don't know how to use it)
Towels and clothing are included in the visitor fee or you don't have to bring them (I bring them).
It seems better to bring indoor shoes and socks.
The shower room is equipped with shampoo and soap.
Recommended for overeating and overdrinking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good gym with a few staff that can speak basic English. Paid 20,000 won for a one time 3 hour pass. A bit pricey but they have good machines and weights.
