그래도 없느니 나아서 다니는데
친절도 없고 그냥 죽지 못해 다닙니다. 그지 같아요. 요소수 넣다가 쏟아버리고 저렇게 만들어 놨습니다. 바이저는 물 끼었졌을 꺼라는데 택도 없는 소리 였습니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 겨울철에 시동이 걸리는게 힘이 없어서 바로 찾아갔어요. 시설하나만큼은 최고였어요.고객이 쉬는 공간도 좋구 안마시설 자유로이 먹을수있는 간식과 커피,짱이더군요.그렇지만 4시조금 넘는 시간에 전화하니 전화를 안받더군요. 그래서 찾아갔더니 차만 맡기고 내일오라하여 다시 갔어요.배터리가 충전이 안된다하여 교체해야 하는데 66만원이 나온다하여 헉! 그래서 삼송에 있는곳에서 176000원주고 갈아버렸네요.안내데스크에 있는 여직원분들이나 서비스하시는 직원분들이나 표졍들이 무겁더군요. 조금만 더 친절하게 대해 주셨으면 좋겠어요
I didn't have the power to start the car in winter, so I went right there. One of the facilities was the best. The space for customers to rest was good, and the massage facility was free to eat snacks, coffee, and great. But when I called at a little over 4 o'clock, I couldn't answer the phone. So when I visited it, I left the car and told me to come tomorrow. The battery is not rechargeable and needs to be replaced. So, at a place in Samsong, I paid 176,000 won. The female staff at the information desk, the service staff, and the votes were heavy. I want you to be a little bit more kind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BSI때문에 어쩔 수 없이 오지만, 대기시간이 너무 길어요. 대기하는 장소를 좀더 지루하지 않게 꾸미면 좋을꺼 같아요.
I have to come because of BSI, but the waiting time is too long. I think it would be better to decorate the waiting area so that it is not boring.
