D	DaHong Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 센터는 깨끗하고 리셉셔니스트 분들도 친절하시네요. 1층은 어드바이저분들이 계시고 2층은 휴게공간인데 굉장히 넓고 좋앗어요. 상담 가능한 부분들이 다른 센터보다 많은것 같았고, 저는 문짝 잡소리하고 경적이 어느날 소리가 안나오는 문제가 있었고 ECU update(리콜) 받아야한다고해서 한꺼번에 해달라고 요청해서 갔엇어요. 어드바이저분이 현재는 경적이 소리가 잘나와서 어떤 문제인지 알기 어려우니까 수리가 어렵다고 잘 설명해주셨고 문짝 잡소리는 테이핑해서 잡아주셨어요. EGR리콜건이 너무 많아서 예약잡기 힘들었는데 잘 봐주셔서 너무 좋앗습니다. The center is clean and the receptionists are friendly. There are advisors on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor is a rest area. It's very spacious and nice. Z	Zion KIM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지난 금요일 서비스를 받았습니다. 토요일 양주에 일이있어 주차하다 백미러에 긁힌 자국을 발견했어요. 그냥 긁힌게 아니라 여러곳이 앞 뒤옆 모두 긁히고 찍혀있었습니다. 사이드 미러의 거울 윗면, 사이드 미러의 모서리 그리고 뒷면까지.. 연장이 닿은게 아니고서는 나올 수 없는 긁힌 자국으로 보입니다. 서비스 센터에서는 cctv 확인했는데 이상없다고 하시네요. 센터에서 서비스 전 차 외부 사진을 찍는데 저희차는 사이드미러 사진을 안 찍으셨다고 하셨습니다. 저희 블랙박스 확인해보니 영상이 삭제돼있고 토요일 양주로 주행한 영상과 2018년 영상이 확인 됐습니다. 포맷이 아닌 일부러 지운 게 아니라면 이게 가능한가요? 서비스센터에서 사이드미러 사진 안 찍는 실수는 종종 발생하시나요? 거울 뒷면 갈색 한줄 긁힌 자국은 면이 꺾여서 밑으로향하는 각도인데 이게 벽에 긁히는 위치인지도 궁금하네요 I received the service last Friday. I found a scratch on my rearview mirror when I parked in Yangju on Saturday. It wasn't just scratched, but several places were scratched and stamped both front and back. I checked cctv in the service center, but you say it's ok. The center takes pictures of the outside of the service car, but we said that you did not take a side mirror picture. When we checked the black box, the video was deleted, and the video of driving in Yangju on Saturday and the 2018 video was confirmed. Is this possible if I didn't intentionally delete the format? Do you often miss mistakes when you don't take a sideview mirror? The brown scratch on the back of the mirror is angled downwards, so I wonder if this is where the wall is scratched.
하	하우스79 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 시간낭비했습니다. 6gt 전면 센서 간섭 수리하러 갔더니 번호판 가이드만 살짝 구부리고 수리 완료되었다고 넘겨버리네요. 제대로 고치려면 범퍼에 구멍을 4개 뚫어야 한다고 합니다. 다음날부터 같은 현상이 반복되어서 직접 번호판가이드에 구멍 뚫어서 고쳤습니다. 범퍼에 구멍을 뚫을게 아니라 뚫려있는 범퍼 구멍에 맞춰서 가이드에 구멍을 내면 되네요. 실력이 떨어지는지 일반인도 1시간이면 고치는걸 3시간동안 붙잡고 앉아있는지 이해가 안갑니다. bmw서비스센터 수준보고 실망해서 차 팔았습니다. They say you need to drill 4 holes in the bumper to fix it properly. The same phenomenon was repeated from the next day, so I fixed it by directly drilling a hole in the license plate guide. Instead of making a hole in the bumper, you just need to make a hole in the guide according to the hole in the bumper. I don't understand if my skills are poor or if the general public is sitting for 3 hours to fix it in 1 hour. I was disappointed to see the level of the bmw service center and sold the car.
