밍	밍콩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 워낙 평도 좋고 유명해서 꼭 가보고 싶었던 비스트로퍼블릭! 인테리어도 어둡고 나무가 많은 세련된 느낌이라 좋았어요. 1. 밀라노식 커틀렛 (❤️4.0) 17,900₩ 슈니첼을 먹는듯한 얇은 돼지고기 안심에 튀김옷을 얇게 발라 튀겨낸 커틀렛, 그리고 그 위에 치즈를 그레이팅해 올렸다. 여기에 레몬즙을 살짝 뿌려먹으면 짭쪼름한 고기의 맛과 어우러지면서 상큼함이 느끼함을 중화시켜준다. 맨 위에 올라간 레자노 치즈의 또 다른 짭쪼름함과 꼬릿함까지 잘 어울렸던. 다만 좀 많이 짜서 이걸 중화시켜줄 샐러드나 다른 메뉴를 함께 시키면 좋을 듯.. 2. 바질 크림 랑귀니 (❤️3.6) 18,900₩ 내가 너무 좋아하는 바질페스토와 크림의 조합이라 시키지 않을 수 없었다! 우선 소스에 바질을 아낌없이 넣어주시고 꾸덕한 크림소스는 너무 맛있었다. 그리고 사이에 거의 희박한..ㅎ 새우와 관자 살들, 그리고 잣(?)이 들어있다. 베이스는 너무 좋았는데, 면의 익힘이 너무 아쉬웠다. 면을 입에 넣은 순간 동료와 눈이 딱 마주치면서 덜익었나..? 하는 생각이 들었다. 군데군데 딱딱한 부분이 있어서 좀 당황.. 그래도 소스가 맛있어서 마지막엔 소스만 먹었다. 총평: 비싼 가격과 깔끔한 인테리어로 분위기 내고싶은 날 찾을만한 곳이에요. 대전에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 없는 새로운 메뉴들을 도전하기엔 좋지만, 가격에 비해 만족스러운 식사를 하진 못한 것 같아 조금 아쉬웠어요..! Sprinkle a little lemon juice over here to match the taste of savory meat to neutralize the feeling of freshness. Another lean and crock of Rezano cheese topped the top. I think it would be nice to have a salad and other menus to squeeze a little more and neutralize this. 2. Basil Cream and Honey (❤️3.6) 18,900 ₩ I could not help having a combination of basil pesto and cream that I love so much! First, put the basil in a generous amount of sauce, and the creamy sauce was delicious. And it is almost sparse in between ... It contains shrimp, fried fish, and pine nut. The bass was very good, but the cooking on the face was too sad. When you put your face in your mouth, your colleagues and your eyes met and you were less ripe? I thought to myself. I was a bit embarrassed because there was a hard part in the place. Overall: It's a great place to find something that you want to feel at home with a high price and a clean interior. It is good to challenge new menu which can not be found easily in Daejeon, but it seemed that it did not have satisfactory meal compared with price and was a little sorry ..!

O	One Punch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 분위기맛집입니다. 음식의 맛과 양은 그럭저럭이었습니다. 바질페스토 딸리아뗄레? 그건 좀 독특하고 괜찮았고 다른 메뉴들은 그냥저냥이었습니다. 가격을 생각하면 특히 더 그런 것 같고 분위기는 정말 좋습니다. 조명과 인테리어가 와인 한잔 해야 될 분위기예요. 식사를 해결하기보다는 분위기가 필요할 때 방문하면 좋을 것 같네요. It is an atmospheric restaurant. The taste and quantity of the food was ok. Basil Pesto Tagliatelle? It was a bit unique and ok and the rest of the menu was mediocre. Especially considering the price, the atmosphere is really nice. The lighting and the interior are the atmosphere where you should have a glass of wine. It's better to visit when you need an atmosphere rather than a meal.

I ate shrimp mushroom salad, lamb rib steak, and mushroom risotto topped with poached egg. The seasoning was just right and overall it was delicious.

Y	Younglan Seo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soooo good. One of few places you can have a legit pasta in daejeon. Chicken Ratatouille was great too. Pretty spacious. Good date restaurant. I suggest not to drive though. Parking is disastrous. Ah. You can park in Yoosung 구청 district office and walk.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there several times just not anymore. Their interior and vive are great in the restaurant but every other things are disappointing. They always overcook pasta that it comes out with a LOT of steam like they know nothing about al dente. They also keep their wines and serve at freezing cold temperature which is a shame for a "bistro" they claim. Therefore the glass of red wine I ordered tasted horrible. And lastly they served french fries with the steak without any notice, where their menu said mashed potato would come out as a side. We had to cook ourselves another perfect plate of steak back at home.
