★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 뭔가 추억을 맛보고 싶은 40~50대에겐 훌륭한 음식이다.
하지만 실제는 양념이 빨리 타서 불판에 붙어버리고 불판갈기에 급급한 상황이라 뭔가 느긋하게 즐길수가 없다.
미리 구워놓고 술이라도 한잔 하려면 뻣뻣하게 굳어버린 고기를 씹고 있어야 한다.

하.....또먹고싶다 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
빨개서 엄청 매워 보이는데 맵진 않음. 달짝지근함. 좀 더 맵게 먹고싶으면 같이 나오는 양념에 찍어먹으면됨.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일반적인 삼겹살과 목살 등에 질렷다면 빨간돼지등심이랑 삼겹살 좋은 듯. 가격도 착하고 술이 자동으로 생각나는 집. 너무 친절하다?

유명한 남매등심의 친척이 하는 집
그래서 그런지 대구에서는 보기 힘든
독특한 빨간 양념 돼지 등심을 맛볼 수 있는 곳
요즘 유행하는 급랭고기 구이를
한참부터 앞서서 판매하던 곳이다
고기가 엄청난 맛이다라고 할 정도까지는 않지만
가끔 생각나는 특별한 맛을 가지고 있어서
대구 유일무이한 개성있는 고기집으로 추천할 만 하다
