★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HIGHly recommend this place. Lovely view lovely interior lovely service and wonderful tea. The tea was served in antique porceline bowl. Just wonderful. I needed to take one star off because the portion was a bit too small for me. But the tea house and the tea gallery are both must visit places in the neighborhood.

Sitted on top of a hill and overlooking an ocean, the cafe is a quiet and beautiful escape from busy city life. There are a few menus to choose from even though this is a tea cafe. Each set of tea comes with traditional candies fruit or sesame biscuits and cost 10,000 won (approximately $10. The snacks that accompany tea are intricately made and add to the overall aesthetic of the place. Try to go early to get the window seat that lets you sip tea while looking over cheonsapo beach. Also, the menu comes in 3 languages so don’t worry about ordering :)
