★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 장사가 조금되기 시작한 듯... 직원들의 친절도가 상당히 떨어져 있었음. 이 곳에 장점은 소수 인원이 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있었으나. 전화응대는 물론 카운터 직원의 불친절은 다른 키즈카페나 다름없음. 아이들 케어하는 빨간 앞치마 직원들은 경력이 짧은 직원과 많은 직원의 차이가 느껴짐. 피로감이 쌓인 직원은 고객에게 피로감을 전이함.
The business seemed to be starting a bit ... Staff was very kind. The advantage here was that only a small number of people could use it. Not only the phone staff but also the unkindness of the counter staff is like other kids cafes. The staff in the red apron who cares for children feels the difference between a short career and many employees. Tired employees transfer fatigue to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 호텔 라온 제나 2층에 위치하며 상당히 만족스러운 곳입니다. 철저한 예약제로 운영 되는 데다가 인가가 매우 높아 미리 미리 예약하지 않으면 들어가기 힘든 것이 단점이자 장점. 인원수를 제한하는 만큼 아이들을 잘 통제해 줍니다. 연령 제한이 7세까지. 초등학교 미만 아이들만 받기 때문에 작은 아이들이 치이는 일도 거의 없고 봐주는 선생님/아이 비율이 적절해서 그냥 멍때리고나 소외되는 아이는 거의 없습니다. 물론 높은 서비스와 인원 제한이 있는 만큼 가격대가 높습니다. 사진에 여기 메뉴를 첨부해 주었으니 참조하시면 될겁니다. 커피와 음식의 퀄리티는 가격대비 무난한 정도. 키드까페라는 걸 고려하면 훌륭합니다. 여담이지만 다른 리뷰에서 언급했듯 요즘 키즈 까페의 대형화에 비하면 작긴 하지만 인원 제한을 두기 때문에 실감될 정도는 아닙니다.

Age limit until 7 years old. Because only children under elementary school are accepted, little children are rarely beaten, and the ratio of teachers / kids to watch is appropriate, so there are few children who are just dazed or alienated. Of course, the price is high because of the high service and the limited number of people. I have attached the menu here to the photo for your reference. The quality of coffee and food is good for the price. It's great considering the kid cafe. Aside from that, as mentioned in other reviews, it's small compared to the size of kids cafes these days, but it's not realized because of the limited number of people.

식당 테이블만큼 손님들이 이용할수 있어서
예약 안하고 오면 자리 없어서 기다릴수가 있어서 예약을 하고 가는게 좋을듯하네요.
어른 입장료는 없는대신에 무조건 음식이나 음료 주문인데.... 입장료 있는거나 다른 없네요
애기는 2시간에 1만원..
놀이공간은 생각보다 좁아요....

유치원친구들 생일파티 즐겁게 했네요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기대만큼 좋았던건 아니지만 그럭저럭 인근에 계신분들이라면 가볼만해요 음식맛 맛있는데 모든연령의 아가들을 만족시킬수는 없겠지만 뭔가가 아쉬운느낌. 보호자가 재미있게 유도해줘야해요
주차는 호텔 지하주차장에 무료로 편리하게 할수있습니다 결제할때 직원분이 미리 물어볼때 차번호 말해주면 되용~ 아이 화장실 실내에 별도로 있습니다 아이돌봐주시는 분들이 계시긴하지만 내 아이만 전담으로 봐주실거라 생각하면 착각~

Parking is free and convenient at the hotel's underground parking lot. When paying, you can tell the car number when the staff asks in advance. It is located inside the child's restroom.
