★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 급한 주문 건이었기에 오전 회의 중 전화를 받았고 주문할 때 이미지 파일 첨부를 완료하였으나 오픈채팅으로 파일을 보내라기에 다시 업체 요청대로 이미지를 보냈습니다.
그동안 다양한 디자인 업체와 일 하면서 ai 확장자 파일이 문제가 되었던 적이 없었습니다. 그리고 저희는 디자인 업체가 아니므로 일러스트레이터 외에 포토샵을 사용하지 않으므로 프로그램도 없습니다.
하지만 본 업체는 글짜를 깨서 보내달라 (원래 이미지로 받은 로고 형태라 깨지지 않고, 다른 업체와 문제없이 진행한 경험이 있습니다.), 다짜고짜 (그 어떠한 배경 설명 없이) 연결프로그램 연결 변경 요구, 어려운 일도 아닌데 왜 그러냐는 등의 태도로 매우 불친절하게 대응하였습니다. 그런 대응에 계약을 지속할 수 없어 취소를 진행습니다. 매우 일방적이고 날선 대응과 불합리한 대응으로 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 오픈채팅에서도 바로 내쫓는 상황이 펼쳐졌습니다. 우선 대화 내용도 소장하고 있겠습니다. 주문을 한 고객이라서가 아니라 개인과 개인, 그리고 온라인 상, 유선상 주문을 통해 형성된 한 관계에서 얼굴도 보지 않은 개인에게 굳이 일방적이고 존중하지 못하는 대응이 매우 유감입니다. 앞으로 본 업체와 거래하지 않을 것이지만 이러한 대응에 필요한 물건 주문 및 구매를 위해 열심히 업체를 선정하고 고민하고 결정하는 분들의 감정이 상하지 않길 바랍니다.
