★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기는 제가 처음 운동시작햇던 매드짐입니다. 그리고 제고향입니다. 실내 클라이밍을 처음 시작하시는 분들한테 제가 책임지고 말씀드립니다. 정말 진심으로 여기만큼 디테일하게 가르쳐주는곳이 없다고 생각합니다. 다른 암장은 볼더링 위주로 하는곳이 많다고합니다. 하지만 여기 매드짐은 지구력도 같이 하기때문에 많은 홀드를 접할 수 잇으며, 전신운동에 잇어서 지구력만큼은 매드짐에서 뛰어난 효과를 볼 수 잇는 곳입니다.??????
