★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent two nights in this hotel prior flying back home. Personnel at the concierge was kind. Room quiet, bed good, WiFi good as well. The view of restaurant at 11th floor was very nice. However, I noted some infiltrations on the ceiling. Personnel responsible for the restaurant wasn't on time at the opening (0700-0800) and it appears that they didn't know How to use the Italian coffee machine. Hope they'll improve in future.

My room's air conditioner was not working. I asked to change the room , but they did not listen.
Only a fan was provided with a promise to change the room in the morning.
Although they had vacant room available, but told me that they are reserved. I asked them to change my room again, but told me that they do not have room cleaning staff available, so can not give me the room.
