★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원분이 위생개념이 전혀 없네요.. 음식을 차트에 실어서 배달하면 될텐데... 순대국에 손가락을 넣지 않나.. 놓을 때도 식탁에 팍 놓아서 뜨거운 국물 옷에 다 튀고... 비추합니다.
The staff doesn't have any hygiene concept.. You can just put the food on the chart and deliver it... Don't you put your finger in Sundae-guk?

I think it is the most delicious sundae soup restaurant in Umyeon-dong. Donsagol Usagol Sundae Soup is really delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우선 국밥논리. 가성비는 서울에선 합격입니다.
순대국 메뉴는 다 먹어봤는데 소사골 돈 순대국이 다른 메뉴에 비해 훨씬 맛있습니다. 우 순대국은 그냥 억지로 순대 넣고 메뉴 만든 느낌이었구요.
맛은 사골 느낌 나는 고소한 맛이었구요. 들깨가루 뿌리면 그 향이 다 날아가버립니다. 슴슴한 맛 좋아하시는 분들은 먹다가 나중에 들깨가루 넣어서 두가지 맛 즐기세요.
오소리나 곱창 들어간 것들은 걍 다른 국밥이나 비슷합니다. 별로이지 않지만 특별할 것도 없는 그냥 그런 맛. 그런데 양이 꽤 들어가있습니다. 이 부분은 좋았어요.
정식 메뉴는 별로입니다. 기본에 순대랑 편육이 추가되는데 개인적으론 먹다보면 순대가 금방 굳어버려서 좀 더 따뜻하게 나왔으면 더 좋았을 것 같네요. 편육이나 같이 나오는 쌈장이랑 궁합도 영 그냥 그랬습니다.

I've tried Sundae Soup menu. Sosagol Don Sundae is much better than other menus. Uh sundae soup was just like sundae and made a menu.
The taste was like a beef bone. If you sprinkle perilla powder, the smell will go away. If you like it, you can enjoy it afterwards by adding perilla powder.
Badgers and giblets are similar to other soups. Not much, but nothing special. But the sheep is pretty. This part was good.
The full menu is not good. Sundae and knitting are added to the basic, but I think it would have been better if Sundae had solidified quickly and came out warmer. It was just the same with the ssamjang that came out with knitting.
