전	전경하 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 비빔냉면은 매콤 달달하면서 육전 말린것은 고소하여 조화롭고 부드러워 아주 맛있네요. 두번째 방문 몸에 좋다는 갈비탕을 먹었는데 장으로 간을 한듯한데 짭조름한 장맛이 아주 좋았어요. 별도로주는 장뇌삼 한뿌리에 힘이 솟네요. 만두도 아주 맛있어요 The bibimbnaengmyeon is sweet and spicy and the dried meat is savory and harmonious and soft. K	King Gamza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진주냉면을 수도권에서 맛보기위해 수개월간 돌아다닌 사람으로, 이곳을 매우 추천함! 일단 진주냉면 자체가 파는곳이 없고, 팔아도 박군X진주냉면 정도인데 박군자로는 조금부족.. 하지만 이곳은 만족감을 주기에 충분한 식당 평양냉면, 함흥냉면, 칡냉면 그 어디에도 속하지않는 진주냉면만의 특별함이 담겨있음. 식전에 몸을 따듯하게 해준다는 인삼싹을 제공하며 식사제공시간도 운이좋은날이였는진 모르지만 빨랐음. 냉면 먹는법이 적혀있긴한데 그냥 알아서 먹으면됨.. 냉면평을 하자면 해산물 육수 특유의 시원함과 간장향이 특색이며 신맛이없는 냉면임. 고명으로는 육전과 실고추, 지단, 오이, 무절임이 있으며 육전을 면과 함께 얹어먹으면 일품! 평양냉면을 싫어하는 사람들에겐 간해서 호재, 평양냉면을 좋아하는 사람에겐 면의 맛과 육수의 향이 호재 라고 생각함, (식초겨자 뿌려먹는 기존의 냉면들과는 전혀 다른타입이기에) 쉽게말하자면 간이 되어있고 좀더 풍미가 가득한 평양냉면이라고 보면됨. 담백하고 씹는맛이 일품인 면과 이 집만의 특별한 오곡육전이 매우잘어울러짐..냉면쟁이로써 정말정말 추천하는곳! 안	안국기 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진주 냉면을 처음 먹어보는데 맛은 익숙하다. 올라가는 고명이 양념된 명태?와 육전이고 양념은 일반 양념보다 좀더 달달하다. 밀면의 양념에 가깝다고 할까? 아무튼 맛은 약간 자극적이지만 과하지 않아 좋았고 함께 나오는 육수, 만두와 잘 어울렸다. 근처에서 식사 하신다면 방문 하시길 추천합니다. This is my first time trying Jinju Naengmyeon, and the taste is familiar. The garnish is seasoned pollack? and meat jeon, and the seasoning is sweeter than regular seasoning.
