★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 혁신도시에 위치한 두둥 소머리국밥은 입구에 횡성한우를 사용한다는 표시가 되어 있습니다. 횡성한우로 사골국물을 우려서 나온다고 하더군요. 매장은 새로개업한 것처럼 깔끔한 인상이었는데 이런 인상은 대부분 사장님의 스타일이더라구요. 사장님이 매장 구석구석을 잘 관리하면 서비스도 분위기도 바뀌는데 이 매장이 그렇게 보였습니다. 머릿고기도 맛있었지만 파도 많이 들어가있고 밑반찬도 깔끔한게 아주 맛있었습니다. 횡성한우로 우려낸 국물이라 깊은 맛을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 양도 많아서 국물까지 다 마시면 한끼는 충분히 해결됩니다. 점심시간에 식사하러 오는 공무원들이 많고 다른 분들도 많이 보였습니다. 국밥 좋아하시는 분들, 시장기를 없애실 분들에게 강추입니다.

The store was a clean impression like a new business, but most of the impressions were in the style of your boss. If the boss manages every corner of the store, the service and mood change as well, and this store seemed like that. The meat was also delicious, but it contained a lot of waves and the side dishes were very tidy and clean. I was able to feel deep flavor because it was soup which was touched with Hoengseong Hanwoo. If you drink plenty of soup because the amount is enough, you can get enough of it. There were a lot of public servants coming to eat at lunchtime and many others. For those who love rice, it is a great honor for those who have lost market.
