꼭 여기가 아니더라도 원주에 들렀을때 꼭
맛봐야 할 음식이라 생각해요.
추어탕에 수제비를 조금 넣어주는데
그 맛도 괜찮습니다.
탕에 비릿함이 조금 남아 있다면
산초가루를 조금 넣어보세요.
밥은 따로 도자기 접시에 넉넉히 줍니다.
먹을 만큼 덜어서 드시면 돼요.
그리고 반찬!! 겉절이 김치와 깍두기
안매운고추, 콩나물 등 다 맛있어요.
먹다가 모자른 반찬은 셀프라는것
잊지 마시구요.
추어 튀김은 바삭하게 튀겨 줍니다.
소스는 간장,와사비 그리고 다진 마늘!!
을 섞어서 찍어 먹으면 되는데
이 소스 맛 괜찮아요.

참고) 체인점. 솥에 2인분이 나와서 끓여 먹는 방식이다. 밥도 큰 옹기에 나와 들어 먹는구조. 그냥 밥이 아니고, 좁쌀(맞는지는 자신못함)밥이라 좋았다. 결국은 내가 1.5인분 먹고. 지인은 0.5인분만.
지난 어느날 멋모르고 통추어탕(미꾸라지 갈지 않고 나오는 것) 먹고 놀랐다. 생각보다 비리지 않아 다 먹고 왔지만 그래도 그느낌이 좋진 않아 그런지... 한참 안가다가 2018.12.11 오늘 갈추어탕 한그릇함. 담백하고 맛있당. 밥도 맛나지만 좀 적게 먹고 탕을 다 먹으면 정량인데. 다욧이 필요해!!

Last day, I was surprised to eat tongchueotang (one that comes out without grinding loach) without realizing it. It's not as fishy as I thought, so I ate it all, but it still doesn't feel good... I didn't go for a while, and today, December 11, 2018, I had a bowl of Galchueotang. It's sweet and delicious. Rice is also delicious, but if you eat a little less and eat all the soup, it is the right amount I need dayot!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 통추어탕, 갈추어탕(9,000원), 튀김(대 20,000원 소 10,000원), 왕돈가스 7,000원 입니다.
맛이 전체적으로 깔끔해요. 밑반찬도 맛있습니다.
주로 통추어탕을 먹는데 수제비도 들어가고 양도 넉넉합니다. 추어탕을 주문하면 밥이 큰 그릇에 따로 많이 나와서 좋습니다. 돈가스도 크고 맛있어서 추어탕을 안 먹는 사람도 함께 가기 괜찮습니다.
Tongchueotang, Galchuotang (9,000 won), tempura (large 20,000 won, small 10,000 won), and wang pork cutlet 7,000 won.
The taste is clean overall. The side dishes are also delicious.
I usually eat Tongchueotang, but it also includes sujebi and has a generous amount. If you order chueotang, it is good because the rice is served separately in a large bowl. The pork cutlet is also big and delicious, so even those who don't eat chueotang can go with it.
