분당 미금역, 오리역까지 (810, 390 버스) 타고 28분, 강남역 (5003 광역버스) 50분, 광화문 (5000 광역버스) 1시간 10분, 교대역 (M4455 직행버스) 45분 운행, 초-중-고등학교가 도보 6분 거리에 다 있는 완벽한 학군, 대규모 택지지구답게 잘 조성되어 있는 아이들 놀이터, 공원 등등 너무 잘 되어 있어 살기 너무 좋습니다. 또한 동백-신봉 간 경전철, 동백 ic 등 대형 호재까지 예정되어 있으니 저희 아파트 많이 관심 가져주셨으면 좋겠습니다~
