★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 중대형 규모의 사찰입니다. 절 뒤쪽 산신각은 공사중입니다(2021년 초 종료 예정). 시내 전체를 조망할 수 있으나 나무와 건물 등으로 가려지기에 풍경 감상이 목적이라면 근처의 태화루가 더 적합합니다.
들어오는 입구가 매우 가파릅니다. 주차할 수 있는 공간이 넓고 화장실을 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
It is a medium-sized temple. The sansingak behind the temple is under construction (scheduled to end in early 2021). You can see the whole city, but it is covered with trees and buildings, so if you want to enjoy the scenery, the nearby Taehwaru is more suitable.
The entrance entrance is very steep. Spacious parking space and free toilet use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 절 뒤 산신각 쪽으로 조금만 올라가도 울산시내가 내려다 보이고, 절을 둘러싼 솔숲이 좋아요. 불상을 모신 전각도 여러 가지라 편하게 기도하고 쉬다 가기 좋은 곳입니다.
After climbing a little towards the mountain, after looking at the temple, you can see the downtown of Ulsan, and the pine forest surrounding the temple is good. There are various statues with Buddha statues, so it is a good place to pray and rest comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 울산시내에 큰 규모의 사찰입니다. ☆좋은점 : 1.시내에 있습니다. 승용차 접근성 좋고, 주차장 넓직해 편리합니다. 2.성안동 상부에 위치 울산시내 한눈에 조망이 가능합니다. 물론 야경도 좋구요. 3.사찰주변에 맛집들이 즐비합니다. 가족형 나들이로 좋습니다. 4.생각보다 크고 웅장합니다. 초입의 문, 달마대사, 대웅전, 칠성각, 산신각 등등 좁게 붙어 있는 느낌이지만 대형사찰 못지않습니다. ♧아쉬운점 : 1.고색창연한 오래된 사찰이 아니라 초현대식의 사찰입니다. 다소 실망할 수 있습니다. 2.좁고 경사진 장소에 대웅전을 중심으로 이것저것 건물을 배치(가람배치)하다 보니 건물간 간격이 좁고 다닥다닥 붙은 느낌이 듭니다. ♤가까운 사찰을 찾아 세심(洗心)하고 싶거나, 가족들과 가벼운 나들이 하고 싶다면 추천합니다.
It is a large-scale temple in Ulsan city. ☆ Good point: 1.It's downtown. Car access is good and parking lot is convenient. 2. Located in the upper part of Seong-An-Dong View of the city of Ulsan at a glance. Of course the night view is good. 3. There are many restaurants around the temple. It is good for family outing. 4.It's bigger and bigger than you think. The entrance gate, Dharma metabolism, Daeungjeon, Chilseonggak, Sansingak, etc. are narrowly attached but it is as big as a large temple. ♧ Unfortunate point: 1. It is not a pale old temple, but a modern temple. You may be a bit disappointed. 2. As I lay out various buildings around Daeungjeon in a narrow and inclined place, I feel that the spaces between the buildings are narrow and close together. ♤ This is recommended if you want to find a nearby temple or want to go out with your family.
