★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고등어봉초밥 참깨랑 생강으로 간 잘돼있고, 숙성도 잘돼있어서 하나도 안비리고 맛있었어요
후토마끼도 우엉이랑 계란,연어 조합 잘어울렸어요
야끼소바 명란이랑, 계란들어가있는데 고소하고 맛있어요 초밥만먹으면 너무 가벼울수있는데, 숨은꿀메뉴인것같아요!
맛으로만 생각하면 정말다시 생각나는데
회전율이 정말 심각합니다ㅜ 첨에 어느정도 기다린다고 대충 해줬으면 판단해서 기다리던지 가든지했을텐데;; 음식도 늦게나와서 솔직히 가려다가 막 썰기시작했대서 먹었는데 들어와서 앉아있는데도 포장주문 먼저처리 하느라 앉아서도 15분넘게 기다렸어요 옆테이블은 주문까지 누락됐었어요;; 초밥류가 시간이 오래걸릴게 없는데 늦게나와서 실망했고, 참 아쉽네요
바로 해서 신선하긴했는데 어느정도는 시간 단축시키게 미리 만들어놓거나 좀 더 주방 구조를 효율적으로 개선해야할것같네요

The turnover rate is really serious. If I had waited for a while in the first place, I would have decided to wait or go; The food also came out late, so to be honest, I ate it because I was just going to go ahead and cut it, but even though I was sitting in, I sat and waited for more than 15 minutes to process the take-out order first. The table next to me even missed the order; The sushi doesn't take long, but I was disappointed that it came out late, which is a pity.
It was fresh because I did it right away, but I think I need to make it in advance to shorten the time to some extent or improve the kitchen structure more efficiently.

허나, 사장 마인드가 다소 좀 이상함. 직원 앞치마와 사장 머리 스타일을 보면 더러워서 밥맛 떨어짐.

However, the mindset of the boss is a bit strange. Looking at the staff's apron and the boss's hair style, it was dirty and the taste of rice was lost.
